During the peak of the Covid crisis, I assisted The People Factor in developing a video series for their coaching product, “The 5 Chairs.” This entire project was conducted remotely via Zoom, featuring Maxwell Caulfield, an actor based in the US, and involved coordination among teams located in Sydney, Italy, the Philippines, and the US.
SYNOPSIS
In each episode, JD makes choices that primarily reflect the behaviours of one of The 5 Chairs. In doing so, he helps us to see how, in any given situation, the micro behavioural choices that we make have a lasting impact on how we are perceived in the workplace.
